Refund policy

In principle, cancellations and returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted after the reservation acceptance period has ended.

If there is a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return it with postage paid on delivery. We will either exchange it for a good product or issue a refund.

Please note that for returns due to customer reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
